Urban Escape offers physical products, live events, and digital experiences. Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase, as different products are subject to different return and refund terms.

Physical Products – 7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on physical products within 7 days of delivery, provided both the product and the original delivery box remain completely unopened.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and unopened
The original delivery/shipping box must not have been opened
All original packaging, seals, and contents must be intact
Proof of purchase is required

If the delivery box has been opened for any reason, the item is not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Event Tickets – No Refund Policy

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of plans or personal circumstances
Scheduling conflicts
Weather conditions
Failure to attend the event

Event tickets may be exchanged or transferred to someone else.

Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All digital products sold by Urban Escape are non-refundable.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Downloadable content
Digital escape experiences
Online maps, guides, or clues
Access-based or time-limited digital materials

By purchasing or accessing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the immediate access and irreversible nature of digital products, all purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Device or software incompatibility
Lack of use or perceived value
Failure to read product descriptions

Once access is granted or a download is made available, refunds cannot be issued.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, resold, or transferred. Urban Escape does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for digital purchases unless required by law.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product, Urban Escape may, at its discretion:

Provide technical support
Restore access
Offer a replacement or alternative version

Technical assistance does not guarantee a refund.

4. Unauthorized Use or Sharing

Refunds will not be issued for purchases affected by:

Unauthorized sharing
Misuse
Violation of terms of use
Circumvention of access controls

Urban Escape reserves the right to revoke access without refund if misuse is detected.
